Deoxidizing aluminum rod is the core "content", which is the deoxidizing material that will ultimately be added to the molten steel.

The rewinder is a device used to produce "containers". It rewinds and neatly arranges the aluminum rods produced upstream, ultimately packaging them into tightly wound coils for convenient storage and transportation to steel mills for use.

Specifically, the rewinder machine primarily serves the following functions when serving deoxidized aluminum rods:

· Winding and forming for easy wire feeding: The core function of the rewinder is to tightly and neatly wind the aluminum rod into a coil.

This standard coil can be directly installed on the wire feeder in steel mills, enabling automated and continuous feeding of aluminum rods into the molten steel. This is currently the most efficient method of use.
