As a major province in China's aluminum industry, Shandong Province saw its aluminum industry output value exceed 800 billion yuan in 2024, accounting for over 30% of the national total. Among them, Rizhao, leveraging its port location and industrial supporting advantages, has become an important node in the aluminum processing industry of the Jiaodong Peninsula. Against this backdrop, Shandong Chuhua Metal Materials Co., Ltd. has recently taken frequent actions, further consolidating its market share in high-end aluminum alloys through technological upgrading and supply chain optimization, and has become an important participant in regional industrial upgrading.
It is reported that Chuhua Metal has a registered capital of 3 million yuan, and its core businesses include high-end alloy aluminum ingots, aluminum alloy pipes, rods, and non-ferrous metal rolling processing. Its ADC12 and A380 series alloy aluminum ingots, due to their high purity and excellent die-casting performance, have been supplied in batches to auto parts enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions. Relying on the advantages of Rizhao Port, the company has shortened the storage cycle of raw materials (such as imported bauxite and recycled aluminum materials) to within 3 days. Combined with its full-chain service capabilities of "metal material manufacturing + freight transportation of 4.5 tons and below + general warehousing", it has increased product delivery efficiency by 20%, effectively meeting the "just-in-time production" demand in the automotive manufacturing field.
"The key lies in the synergy effect of Shandong's aluminum industry cluster. We can not only quickly obtain upstream and downstream resources but also optimize processes through regional technical exchange platforms," said Liu Xiangfeng, the legal representative of the company. In 2025, Chuhua Metal plans to invest 5 million yuan in upgrading energy-saving smelting furnaces, increasing the utilization rate of recycled aluminum to over 96%, further aligning with the goal of "recycled aluminum accounting for over 55%" in Shandong Province's "2025 Aluminum Industry Green Transformation Implementation Plan". At present, the company has been selected as a provincial-level standardized enterprise in the aluminum industry by virtue of its technological advantages and has become a key cultivation object in Rizhao's recycled aluminum industry.
